Dr Palacci is a great listener, and will then always offer a number of options to address your issue. He has a comprehensive record / database system, so can easily retrieve your history. He has been my doctor for 4 years, since I moved to the area.

A friendly doctor who thoroughly checked my five-year-old daughter and explained the medical term of her illness in lay terms very well. My daughter thought he was very funny and friendly.

Alain is a wonderful Doctor and has been my Doctor since I was at primary school. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The reception are amazing at organising last minute emergency appointments if needed and are always super helpful. Alain listens, knows what is best and is always very supportive. A sincere and genuine man.
